Description of Perplex City Cards Season 1 - PURE Wave 3 cards
The Receda cube, an object of immense value has been stolen from an alternative world known as Perplex City. The Receda cube has been hidden somewhere on Earth and the residents of Perplex City are offering a reward of £100,000 to the first person who cracks the mystery of the location of the stolen cube! Unfortunately that prize was claimed in February 2007.
A series of puzzle cards, created by a range of leading designers and illustrators each present a separate challenge, ranging from riddles to optical illusions, mazes to logical problems, word searches to pop trivia … and more!
The puzzle cards also open a window into the world of Perplex City and some appear to hold hidden clues and other information that will aid you in your quest to find the stolen cube. On the reverse of some of the cards, you will even find a map piece of Perplex City.
When it comes to locating the cube, sheer brain power isn’t as valuable as creative and lateral thinking! Meaning, you don’t have to be a retired Maths Professor to piece the story and clues together - it could be solved by a quick-witted child!
This is a game, story, treasure hunt and puzzle game all rolled into one!
